Shipping policy

At Storish, every order is carefully prepared and thoughtfully packed. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. During collection launches, promotional periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express shipping, where available. These delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the courier and unforeseen delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Storish is not responsible for delays, returned parcels or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failure to collect or refused delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage required to resend the order.

Although we work with trusted delivery providers, delays may occasionally occur after dispatch. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@storish.com.au, and we will assist you in following up with the courier.
